Each interviewer-moderator is briefed individually on each project before fieldwork is conducted. With the support of medical expertise with in-house MDs, a written briefing document is also provided giving valuable medical/disease area information , so that quality interviews and groups be conducted. 

Nationally spread samples and carefully screened respondents ensure the quality of respondents and accuracy of fieldwork.

As a member of ESOMAR, we strictly follow ethical rules and guarantee total anonymity for the respondents.

As a member of the ASOCS (Association des Sondages d’Opinion et du Comportement dans le domaine de la Santé, ie French association of medical market research companies), we guarantee that respondents get a reasonable level of incentives on each project as per the National Physicians Council's guidelines.
